Does Morgan ever support his own weight? Might need to bring on Faegerson with instructions to just clear him out all game long.

I stand by this
It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Well I was nearly right. Feels like a Welsh win.

The lack of control after Russell and White went off is worrying. Horne was flashy but didn't control the play really.

I don't get why GT is still picking Gray when there are younger and better options available.

We don’t have the depth for a strong bench. The difference and fall-off in quality once the starters get replaced is stark. Ashman was especially appalling, I think we lost every lineout after he came on. Cherry may be a nuts and bolts hooker but he does the basics well.

We can be terrible when pounding away at the line. I don’t know if it could be seen on TV but for the held-up near the end Duhan was in acres of space but no one even looked his way. If Russell had been on I think he’d have demanded the ball to try and get it wide.

Sutherland couldn't have been worse either.

Line out was off all day but after the replacements it was another level of shite. Way too much movement which is kryptonite when timing is bad to begin with.

As a Scotland fan, we are very exciting in a dull way.

What mean by that is that if I was a neutral I would really enjoynour games, we score some great tries and a so creative. But as fans, we know all that and have baked it in. We now want new players and signs of a breakthrough. Wins without that, even if they include great tries, are a bit empty.

Do we have a great backline capable of scoring from anywhere? Yes. Are we better than Wales? Yes. Did we solve our inability to capitalise near the line? No. Did our replacements contribute? No. Did our pack look powerful and dynamic? Not really.

I fear in a few years we may look back and think these are the glory years.

All would have looked very different if we had won last week. Then would be delighted but worried we didn't boost our points difference.
