Didn't help ourselves. Scored some nice individual tries but lots of errors.
Also nice of Tam Allan to remember his Scottish roots.
Still BP keeps the season on the road.
Laughed out loud at some of the refereeing.

Really? I'm no weegie fan but his performance was disgusting. He favoured Treviso from the off. I'd hope he is disciplined.ARM wrote:Didn't help ourselves. Scored some nice individual tries but lots of errors.

Greg, I think we agree it wasn't the refs best game.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Really? I'm no weegie fan but his performance was disgusting. He favoured Treviso from the off. I'd hope he is disciplined.ARM wrote:Didn't help ourselves. Scored some nice individual tries but lots of errors.

But you exactly can't control it. So what are you going to do? Smash the keyboard to bits or have a wry chuckle?

Well, the first thing I watched this year involved rewinding the recording so I could see that bloke's testicles.
Most amusing.

I think he'll probably take option 1.ARM wrote:Greg, I think we agree it wasn't the refs best game.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Really? I'm no weegie fan but his performance was disgusting. Not entirely Glasgow-related, but Cockerill has been sacked.

Im not sure, a few weeks ago the coaching culture was called toxic so I think its more than him, I think Leicester have the quality to finish top 6 in the premiership but really can't see them trying very hard against Glasgow and focusing on making sure they make it into the CC next season

You are mental if you think Leicester won't "try very hard" at Welford Road. Despite their crappy form the place is still a difficult place to pick up a win. IIRC only the top two AP teams have won there this season. Glasgow will have their work cut out.whatisthejava wrote:Big D wrote:Not a good thing for Glasgow. Im not suggesting they put out a bunch of 18 year olds to get spanked but they know they are out of the CC and will rest some core players, have to say it didn't look like they were trying very hard against carries yesterday, some of them looked like they wanted to be in the pub rather than the pitch, but you are right its a difficult place to go and play but like every other team when they know the games up they will focus on the bread and butter of the league and worry about Europe laterhugh_woatmeigh wrote:You are mental if you think Leicester won't "try very hard" at Welford Road. There's two things you can bank on when it comes to the SMB. Greg to lose his rag & Java to post some nonsense.ARM wrote:Java - have you looked at the CC group tables? Leicester beat Munster. They ain't out of it yet.

That's a lost, he was as good a second choice as you could get despite his moments of madness. Be interesting to see how the budget is used. Suspect Zander to further consolidate his place as a starter with Rae/new signing as second choice. Glasgow could do worse than re-sign Moray Low.hp18 wrote:Puafisi off to Brive at the end of the season.
That reminds me, did Yanuyanutawa ever find another club?

PS looks like Harley will be covering lock for the HC games. Big Brian has only gone and gotten himself cited - charging without wrapping his arms. Looks guilty based on the replays I have seen. Suspect 2-4 weeks out.
Any other locks due back?

Brian alainu'uesse cited for charging,
He seems to get a few citing that end up being nothing, watched the game and don't remember seeing anything at the time

I thought Jerry was pretty good. Was he looking for a contract or just fancied teaching?

Red would seem harsh for that but would have to look at another angle

Hmm, did wonder about that at the time.. Italian player concussed, will they make an example of this one.? Or another fudge over "remorse" etc.?General Zod wrote:

He`s a good player, but Glasgow don`t need a Jim Williams style cheap shot specialist..
Or do they..?
