Fair play. That was a good counter attacking try and much needed by the Lions, I think.

Kruis been turned over twice now, needs to look after the ball better, but support is poor for the forward half breaks. AWJ looks a bit shot.

Good half.

Not just fowarda. Numerous times backs are getting half through and looking to offload and there's no one to give it to. Just not quite reading each other.

Leaving aside the magic of that try, we've just been holding in for most of that half. Need the forwards to sort themselves out more than anything.

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

HT 13-8
Good comeback.
Daley is class. The kicking option from 10 didn't wotk early on.
AB early replacements may tell later.

Well, we've shown that we have enough to cause NZ problems. NZ look excellent with ball in hand and have been making metres over the gain line far too easily, but they're so difficult to stop. Audacious offloads all over the park.

Very good match so far, but the Lions are going to have to take every single scoring chance whether it's a try, penalty or drop goal.

Indeed, Teo is looking for an offload all the time, and no-one there.

AB's have missed a lot of tackles for them. Think we need to maybe box kick a little less, though it has been c 50% successful

Can Murray pass properly? He's holding his hand as if there's a problem

Not much opportunity to do much beyond tackle and kick.

Left hands backwards.
He was stationary when he passed. No forward momentum. Forward pass.

Couple of half-breaks. Some decent kicking out of hand. Missed the conversion. Feels more like Murray is running things.
