Good to see Aspland-Robinson get a run out. He's a good 'un. Shane it's an even more scratch side.

Still looking forward to a more balanced squad come June and have my tickets already.

More balanced squad or not, doesn't feel like it's a particularly good team this year

Not saying there aren't some good players within it (which is ultimately the goal) but it's not been a good 6Ns for the kids

Being able to pick your best players kind of helps.

In addition to what EP said, I'd just like to add Callard's left a trail of under-performance behind him where ever he goes. If they get rid of him before the JWC, hopefully we'll see a big improvement.

What a soft try to concede. The French 15 eases between two English defenders. They both get a hand on him but it's not enough. Overlap created, one pass later and they're over. Missed conversion.

22-5.

Protheroe kicks away a good attacking opportunity when it surely would've been better to pass it on.

France able to find massive gaps in our defence. Looking a bit ragged at times.

Another England try. Singleton forces his way through to touch down on the line. Malins converts.

22-12.

France reply almost immediately. They're awarded a penalty just inside the England half which they kick to the corner. A few phases later, they're over again. Converted.

29-12 HT.

Woeful, woeful defence.

Had the French 13 not been able to cruise past a couple of English defenders, he would've had the option to pass outside for someone else to run in.

34-12.

It's another hammering.

France now over 40.

We've been lamentable.

Haag has a job on his hands to make this lot - with the addition of several missing players hopefully - into JWC contenders in June.
