he's decent, but not lightning and helped by Wade showing him both the inside and the outside; his passing is of the highest class though. None of that has been in doubt before, its his decision making and impact...but can't complain about this performance, been excellent.

I mean, Wasps' squad is on its knees, they've had 2 days less rest than Exeter and they have a very winnable game at home next week. They've already lost Mullan.
what's the story with Launch? HIA and back on?

Now Wasps have lost Symons to a potentially bad one by the looks. This season has been beyond brutal so far.

Wasps defence is far too passive and lacking in aggression, same as last season. Fire the D coach and bring back the blitz.

I wonder if its sides feeling their opportunity to compete at the breakdown is ever decreasing, so feel they have to hit harder and harder, or just going through so many phases at high line speed, fatigue causes bad technique. Or its just coincidence!

Not sure it's an ability thing with Wasps, just a few too many players who only seem interested when they're chucking it around, running forward.

Yet another wild, injury-filled game. This season is nuts so far.

Hughes looking good and as much as I've slagged him off it's always great to see that sportsmanship he showed with Simmonds. Also great to see Simmonds on the bench and looking okay.

Hughes just had a terrible moment- castled by Slade of all people-- very slow to react to a turnover

Slade? Gosh. He should be embarrassed. He's not even fast. And he's well under 17 stone.

Injury and 2 days less rest. And Wasps had a much tougher game last wkend. All told no surprise Wasps are very flat.

Being serious though, I think Hughes is always pretty wildly inconsistent. I'm just trying to get on board with him given it seems we'll have him at 8 for a good while.
