That may actually have been the worst Saracens performance in about 4-5 years. And they still got 5 points.

Fazlet was truly terrible - knock-ons, missed tackles, poor game management, passes to floor. That was like watching him from 5 years ago as well.

Why did Ospreys kick the ball off?

It's a hell of a tough group, and okay they might have lost a BP pushing for the win, but they've got an awful lot to do now to even finish as a high enough runner up

2 BPs is better than nowt, but yeah it's hard to see them progressing at the moment.

That said, it's early days. What if they beat Sarries at home and get something at Clermont? Perhaps Saints can do them a favour too?

Plenty of life left in this.

Not too many signs of life from where i’m sitting. One of Sarries or Clermont would have to virtually capitulate to not go through from here.

Given the state of the Ospreys form coming into this game it's not surprising. I can't remember them performing much worse than they have at the start of this season.

They could do that and still end up 2nd in the pool, and given the pool it's very likely that still wouldn't send them through. Just seemed a bit odd to me, especially when they were playing well to set up the next phase and had Sarries looking about as bad in defence as I can remember seeing for a while and they'd gotten a bit of momentum, the game is there to attack and instead... well maybe it'll still work out

But he was competitive right? For the love of god please tell me he was still competitive?

What did Faz do? I've only seen the first 75 minutes so maybe he does something daft at the end, other wise bar a couple of handling errors (which weren't all his fault) he had a decent day it seemed. Sarries problems really came from the setpiece, both scrum and lineout saw them repeat pinged and conceding territory and the ball. Outside that Faz pushed a few people, and was pushed himself, nothing that really interested me though

On Ospreys, their 15 instead of scoring a hatrick in dropping the ball he instead gave away a try and a yellow card. And just on that yellow, even with it being a penalty try requiring no conversion there was almost a minute taken off the sin-bin by the time anyone touched the ball again in live play from the restart, which doesn't seem quite right.
