So, now Daly has given us a good 40 minutes - what's the chances this is when EJ changes his mind on him…

That’s what you concluded from our play? You don’t think there’s any connection with what is happening inside?
I agree Ford has had limited ball with which to impose himself but that should mean he treats what he does get as vital, not kick it away aimlessly or drop it. I would prefer him to stay on when Slade comes on but he is giving Jones an excuse to move Farrell to 10. I hate the thought of that.
Faz has had the ball in hand more than Ford, which says something. Now you could argue Ford needs to step in and take charge, but this twin fly half thing is confusing then today.
Ludlam on for Billy. Who will play 8
Curry.

Tackle with player off the ground.
Not dangerous tho
Isn't there an argument that he took a player in the air and didn't return him safely to the ground? For the record I think it was sensible reffing and the right decision but with some other refs it would have been yellow and that's an issue.
As I shouted at Clive Woodward at half-time, it's only a yellow for a tackle in the air if they land on their back. The Argentine landed on his feet, so there's absolutely no grounds for a yellow.

That steal from Itoje and the kick from Ford. We're definitely not slacking off now we have a bonus point.

Good to see that Youngs has been hooked. Awful first half. You'd think the amount he kicks he'd be better at it, and the two tap and go penalties were just brain dead.
Exercise in hoping no one else gets hurt now.

The second tap penalty would've been a try if Nigel hadn't called it back for his own ineffable reasons. That was a great decision!
The rest of it, I completely agree with.

Pretty sure that the huge change in kicking for Ford (going for touch instead of straight down the middle) is a tactical change - I don't understand the kick down the middle as a tactic though

lol. But he is slow as fook. Better that than being slow of mind and thought, though.

England's defence is so hard to get through, they're confident Argentina will just kick it back again, which either leads to a counterattacking opportunity or a l/o to us.

I think we ought to remove the entire front row. We cannot afford to lose any of them to injury and this is the perfect opportunity to get game time into the legs of Mako.
