Davies looked significantly worse to me. Applying force through the shoulder rather than absorbing it surely has to be different?

One of the more boring finals I've seen, but at least it was the right result

Yes. Endless kicking, a lot of it inaccurate. Sad that neither team attempted to play anything like creative rugby.

Get in. Two tries to nil, missed kicks off the tee made it tighter than it should have been. Fantastic from Burns at the end.

Brutally attritional game.

The game had some drama but little creativity or ambition. The endless kicking got tiresome and wasnt a great spectacle.
Overall Tigers the better team and deserved the win. I thought at 12 all Saracens would go on to win but Tigers dug deep to engineer the drop goal opportunity.
Thought B Vunipola was the best player on the pitch by some distance.

Thought Chessum had a good game, particularly in the first half he was carrying very well

Yep he looks bigger than at the start of the season. Billy went well too.

Yep to all that! 104 kicks must be some sort of record.

Good to see Billy expanding his game by some nifty footwork and distribution. And he really is a rock in mopping up opposition box kicks. He looks fit, powerful and keen. Recall by Jones?

Seconded.

Earl was the most annoying player. He was in danger of bursting a blood vessel when cheering for a free kick. Shaking his head after conceding a penalty is dissent. Behaviour like his just makes me want to see him lose. I hope Jones does not pick him.
