That was smart thinking from Rory Hughes but I'm afraid he just doesn't have anything in the locker to make those chances count.
Finn is really not having a good game. Awful decision making so far.

Take the 3. WTF is this decision making.
No doubt they'll score a try now!

Haha, Christ Greg, you really need to calibrate your pain threshold.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Watching Russell tonight is painful stuff.
Could be worse... Alba migh be televising what I can only imagine from the score update of 0 - 6 is a barn burner of a game between a Zebra and the mighty Edinburgh.

Yup, when he goofs it's always a painful reminder of the paucity of talent we have at fly half. But he made a nice wee break near the end of the half so hopefully matters will improve.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Watching Russell tonight is painful stuff.

He's the only cat I've ever seen wearing goggles. I'd imagine it's marginally safer than playing professional rugby and not being able to see.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Are those twat goggles not dangerous? What if they break?
Still, if he took them off he wouldn't have to endure the agony of watching Russell's performance.

Hughes is really getting into the swing of the game. Running good lines and looking for the ball.

Strange that Swinson is hooked and not Gray. Presume Gray gets a full rest next week.

No idea to be honest, just using it as a vehicle to be a dick to you.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Are they actually legitimate glasses?Edinburgh in Exile wrote:He's the only cat I've ever seen wearing goggles. I'd think they would be, and he can't wear contacts, can't think of any other reason why someone would need to wear something like that.

Is he not pretty much blind or only sight in one eye?Edinburgh in Exile wrote:No idea to be honest, just using it as a vehicle to be a dick to you.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Are they actually legitimate glasses?Edinburgh in Exile wrote:

And Favaro hooked instead of a Scotsman... can only assume its because of those nasty looking cuts near his eye. Ouch...

I assumed it was some sort of face protector following a broken nose like Hari wore?
I stopped paying attention, why is Russell now the world's shittest fly-half?

Aye, bit of complacency perhaps. They wrapped up the BP without really looking like they were having to put much grift in.OptimisticJock wrote:This has gone a bit stale

That looked alright to me. Seems a bit harsh to cop a second yellow for that.
