I didn't think Langi's second was a card either, the guy bounced off him, and Horne being there didn't help. He was playing like a nutter in general though. Looks like he'll be an interesting watch at the least.
I hope Horne is OK.
I feel I'm starting to sound like I have something against Hughes, it's more that it's frustrating because he has some great raw materials, but he makes so many bad choices. Fantastic running lines though.

Why do I feel I shouldn't be taking that question at face value?

Was just talking about langilangi's cards. First one was just mis-timed and he did at least try and get his arms round. The second one was like using his body as a spear with a flailing arm in there somewhere. Still, I liked his hustle and on the plus side, he'll have a couple of Saturdays free now for house-hunting.

Apologies, I went to the gym around 72mins when everything was sewn up. Blimey... Didn't realise Langi got a second.hp18 wrote:In what world could he possibly be talking about Dunbars card?hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Do you mean Dunbars card? That's a definitely a yellow...General Zod wrote:

Ah. Yeah, some debate over it. I did worry when he signed that he'd forget it wasn't American football, didn't expect him to be so prompt in proving my point. Still, with ball in hand he looks a serious asset, leveled one guy after a break involving DSD and Bwian.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Apologies, I went to the gym around 72mins when everything was sewn up. Belter of a debut from Langilad
Insanity, no arms tackles, bouncing guys for fun, and a red card.
Will be fun.
Weeg otherwise... 6/10.

Managed to catch the second Langi card now. I can see why it would be given but it's not clear cut. Looks like he attempts to wrap his arms but Horne and the runner get in the way a bit.
Ref definitely didn't like him much.

Apparently same ref who decided Fagerson was at fault on his first start before they'd even packed down. Not saying he prejudged Twolangi but...hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Insane indeed. Not often you see a prop do that.hp18 wrote:Full game http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... -v-treviso

Can't read much into that game. Started well and got a bit sloppy. Shouldn't happen but it does to plenty of teams. If everything came off they could put 50 plus on Treviso.
Debutants look fun. First yellow was harsh but I think second was fair if a bit unfortunate with the way he bounced off.

Seems like the disciplinary committee decided that Langilangi didn't deserve either yellow, and is free to play immediately.

Is that true? Or just that there was no further punishment needed?Stones of granite wrote:Seems like the disciplinary committee decided that Langilangi didn't deserve either yellow, and is free to play immediately.

Poor Rory Hughes - that's the third time this season he's done 95% of what is required for a long distance try only to come up short.
Glasgow struggling to break down the Scarlets atm.

Glasgow not playing so well without the booing/support.
Must have been a pretty hard game to prepare. Running lines and support are weak

I think Scarlets will get the bonus point. Glasgow will be lucky to score a try, nevermind a losing bonus point.
