The last two tries leave a sour taste but this is an amazing result for Edinburgh. A well deserved top spot with Timisoara next week.

Haha. Love it.

After my dismissive comments last night...

That's a great win away. Well done Embra.

Fucking result.

Ha, didn't expect that at all. In fairness Arm, your comments last night are accurate enough. We are still a bit pony at rugby union. Quins are somehow worse.

Which is nice.

Any highlights available? I want to see Dell "cantering" to the line.

It's to nice have a Scottish team with a bit of a European pedigree and a track record to go with it. Imagine if we had a proper 10.

Not sure cat man, I'd like to see that too. I assume there will be some in the BT or sky round ups.

Edinburgh potentially now got a home quarter, semi and final

Something amazing considering how hit and miss this team is,

I hope the European results aren't used as an excuse to keep Hodge on. I think the league games and performances are more indicative of where Edinburgh are under Hodge.

Peter Wright was calling for that very thing earlier.

Don't know why I still follow him on twitter.

It's funny the telegraph said this:
Edinburgh were superior in virtually every department, particularly at the breakdown and maul where they made life thoroughly miserable for a Harlequins pack high on potential but low on nous. Openside flanker Hamish Watson was man of the match and was closely followed in the excellence stakes by second row Ben Toolis and Blair Kinghorn, a 19-year-old full back who thoroughly outshone opposite number Mike Brown.

Other than the concession of two late tries, their main disappointment will be that WP Nel, the Scotland prop, only lasted 27 minutes on his comeback from a neck injury that has kept him out for four months. Nel was caught by the leading forearm of George Merrick and failed a Head Injury Assessment.
So how bad are Quins? Toolis has to be involved as the 4th lock in the 6N squad behind Gray squared and Swinson. He just quietly goes about his job very effectively.

In other news the SRU have increased their offer for Nel. Appears to be more hopeful noises around this. Perhaps not being rushed back post neck injury and a few extra Rand will help sway him. Keeping him for a couple of years with McCallum under him would do the young 'un a lot of good.

Hoyland must be raging at Dean for what should have been the 3rd try.

Very unlucky , looks like the big boys got away with it and in typical fashion European rugby are backing them up.

WR won't care so don't expect anything to happen about it.
