Pretty sure that's Dusty Hare (above), from the days when real men didn't shave their entire heads like Mongolian warriors just because they'd lost a bit on top. I remember Sid Going & Grant Batty trotting out for the All Blacks when I was a kid and they looked like old circus clowns with their pallid crowns and wild fluff about the ears. Those were the days!
