John Menteith betrayed his country for a few quid and a bit of land from the English. Better known as the chap who captured and turned a certain Mr Wallace over to England in the early 1300s.Donny osmond wrote:Not that I know of... what's the relevance here?hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Donny - are you a descendant of John Menteith by any chance?

A term used by alt-right dweebs with fragile masculinity, that comes from "cuckold."morepork wrote:What the fork is a cuck?
Not really no mate, well certainly not as much as you appear to be.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:The Lions cucks on this board must be loving this. The first time in the history of the Lions that a nation has had no test representation on a tour I believe.
Not even close.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:The Lions cucks on this board must be loving this. The first time in the history of the Lions that a nation has had no test representation on a tour I believe.
How long ago are you talking about Liz?Lizard wrote:Not even close.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:The Lions cucks on this board must be loving this. The first time in the history of the Lions that a nation has had no test representation on a tour I believe.
Several tours now regarded as official Lions tours were Anglo-Welsh or Anglo-Scots squads.
Fucking right mate, sounded rank when it was explained to me. Dangerously easy to drink.OptimisticJock wrote:Forget macho Greig. Have you had a pickleback where you are?
Not overly fussed with the poutine tbh. Not proper chips innit.Edinburgh in Exile wrote:Fucking right mate, sounded rank when it was explained to me. Dangerously easy to drink.OptimisticJock wrote:Forget macho Greig. Have you had a pickleback where you are?
Been laying into the Poutine on the stagger back from the pub as well. How's the weather treating you over there?
Here is something for you to pull yourself off to Greg.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:The Lions cucks on this board must be loving this. The first time in the history of the Lions that a nation has had no test representation on a tour I believe.

Weather is excellent over here, at least mid 20s every day. In Tofino just now before heading back to Vancouver.
Recced a pub for tomorrow night too.

I get why people are disinterested, it's not as if I'm not pissed off but the reactions of some make them look like 12 year old girls. It is also generally the people that were greeting that they didn't want any jocks in the team due to fatigue and potential injury and then throw a hissy fit that nobody was selected. It makes us look like the stereotypical blokes with the full fish supper on our shoulders.no sleep wrote:It's like listening to my mum talking about politics.Eugene Wrayburn wrote:I got about 5 sentences in before I was too furious to read more.Edinburgh in Exile wrote:

But here's why Gatland's evil. I'm not a diehard Lions fan exactly, but the lads are having a Lions breakfast at the pub tomorrow and I thought, nah, not really interested.... What the feck is wrong with me?! Breakfast at the pub ffs!
