Has manu shown signs of getting his pre injury explosiveness (for want of a better word) yet?

He will always be immensely strong (I remember an interview with waldrom saying that manu is the strongest guy he has ever played with, which must include props etc which blew my mind). If you look back on youtube for instance against that game against NZ he is a complete menace and looks better than any one on the pitch.

The highlights above have him making one break and one half-break which look pretty dynamic, but again it's hard to tell as everyone looks good when the opposition are terrified of tackling.

Irish might be in a bit of trouble in the Champ on that evidence.

The full Saints vs Glasgow game is on youtube here. I haven't watched it yet to pass judgement, maybe tonight. Shame Biggar went off 2 mins in.

Game of two halves at Cov on Saturday.

Cov played Wasp's A league/Development team.
Wasps backs cut covs defence to ribbons in the first half, but covs pack got scrum dominance, the half ended 13 - 14 to Wasps.

Wasps came out 2nd half and camped on covs line for 5 mins till they were turned over.
They're heads dropped then and cov proceeded to to take them to the cleaners, 5 tries, smashing the scrums and getting ascendency in the line out.

Final score 55-14.

We will see what it all means against Jersey on Saturday.

Annoyingly can't see much info on subs. Can see we took off West (loosehead, just graduated from academy) and Simpson off at half time, and maybe one or two others, then it looks like the implosion came around the 50 minute mark, guess after a few more subs.
