Is the Aussie game worth a watch, or is it all a bit daft after a very early red card for the shackle draggers?

Yeah. I agree on Willis. Given how poor our lineout has been, I’m assuming he’s been left out to accommodate a better jumper (Capstick has moved to 6 with Coles coming back in at lock).

Bit of a meaningless game apart from seeding, but we’ll want a win over Ireland after contriving to lose our last two against them (both games we should have won IMO).

I've set my Sky box to record at 7.30 but the info on the planner makes no mention of Eng playing, stating it's semi-finals and the four teams mentioned don't include Eng. is this just a plain error by Sky? I've just checked on Youview and they're displaying the same info as Sky ;)

This is where I got that info. I think the prog starts at 6.50 and will show highlights from other games.

Maybe unsurprising to be showing the semi final rather than the 5th place match, but I can't imagine France vs SA is going to be much of a ratings draw!

Conditions very poor. Game likewise. Another 2 soft yellow cards havent helped us but we did score a nice try.

FT SA 7 - 20 Fra,
Ire 23 - 30 Eng...nearly snatched defeat from jaws of victory. It would be good to finish on a high.
Tries from Hodge,Maunder & (last min) Willis.

Good to come back at the end and get the win. Willis made a difference and it was odd that he didnt start. Thought Fox was an upgrade at SH too. Scrum good, line out again poor with 6 lost throws. Dont they practice at all?
pretty dire game but a win takes us into a 5th place play off with Wales.

Fox is a good player. Saw him play against Bedford earlier in the year and he was one of the best players on the pitch. Regardless of W whether YC survive the summer, I can’t see him staying. Will be interesting to see where he ends up.

I heard a rumour that he’s going to Bath.

I'd thought it was confirmed back around 6N times

Redpath 6 weeks for biting. Was england's plan this tourney that "we are so good we are going to win this thing with a maximum of 13 players on the pitch at any one time".

Has anyone seen the bite? Presumably the evidence is clear enough for him to have been banned. What an idiot.
