Yay stupid pens and shyte kicking
Isiekwe did but it was three backs v two forwards and one back in plenty of space and Itoje looked like he might be rounded - I can understand why he tried to hedge his bets. In that situation I’d hope/expect the backs would make a line break. Marchant faces a two on one so was trying to manufacture a more advantageous position. Marchant also managed to slow him down which I’ve been told is perfectly good enough.FKAS wrote:Nick Isiekwe got caught in no man's land and then Marchant bought the step.Puja wrote:What the shit just happened in our defence?

I’d say a mixture of good and bad.Stom wrote:Ok, Isiekwe has been crap so far

Yeah, this is a lot of defense for Scotland, how long can they keep it up.Mr Mwenda wrote:Better, clearly the kicking has been identified as a good bet.
Hoping LCD and Simmonds start getting more tired shoulders in d as the game continues. Curry seems to be shouldering more than his share of theboshing.
He's had a couple of really good carries. A bit of time at 8 doesn't seem to have done him any harmMr Mwenda wrote:Better, clearly the kicking has been identified as a good bet.

I’m not sure about that, there were a couple that were dodgy the other way, too. I think it’s relatively fair.Puja wrote:I'd be fuming if I were a Scotland fan; I think we've definitely got the rub of the green with the refereeing decisions so far.

Okay, that was a shit decision against us. Scots player pulled right out of that ruck to send Malins off his feet.Stom wrote:I’m not sure about that, there were a couple that were dodgy the other way, too. We’re just lacking penetration. Very good I’m broken play, not so good off first phase
I don't think so, it's a tradition or an old charter or something.Banquo wrote:Can we please stop kicking so badly
Particularly grating, since discipline has been a bit better I thought.Puja wrote:Dull penalty from Sinckler. Screamingly obvious and it's cost us 3 points before half time.

There's been a couple of Scottish neck rolls that have been missed. Ref has been fairly even handed.Stom wrote:I’m not sure about that, there were a couple that were dodgy the other way, too.
