Sexton has lost all my respect there. What a scummy footballer move. Check to see if the ref is looking and then clutch your head and start balling.
Utterly dumb from Dunbar in the first place though.

Re: Team v Ireland
Think it looks worse as Sexton was standing up as tackle made. Still. Not good to see, and I think the end of Scotland's chances.

The card was legit but this ref is an absolute c*nt. Played advantage because we tackled the man at the back of the maul... Ireland ran around the back of ours earlier and took the man out with no consequence.

Toner jumping into the tackle? Clutching at straws a bit but technically speaking.....
Also, I hate it when celebrating players think it's ok to barge into oppo players on their way to the try scorer. I hope Horne landed a few clean ones.

With his sore head, he should be off for concussion protocols anyways.canta_brian wrote:Sexton carded. Protective custody?

Indeed. I think Gray was about to give him the symptom he had claimed earlier.switchskier wrote:With his sore head, he should be off for concussion protocols anyways.canta_brian wrote:Sexton carded. Protective custody?

Not a lot of enthusiasm to shake hands there from either side. Niggly game that and not that enjoyable to watch.
Ireland good value for the win I think. Ten points perhaps a bit too much but given the first 20 minutes don't think we can argue. Got to play for the full 80.

That was messy. Some good 15-man rugby & determination but didn't play the ref. well if that was possible.

Embarassing wasn't it? I can only hope that he claimed it and then realised that it really was sore.Chunks Baws wrote:Sexton milked the fuck out of that. Sat up moaning to the ref, then suddenly falls back clutching his head. Fud.
Anyway, better team won. Never really looked like losing that to be honest. No one's going to be scared of either team watching the tape.
