I thought Heinz started off really well, but became less effective after a while

On the red ... What an idiot. So unnecessary when they had a scrum in a good position after the knock on.

That's unlucky. Lovely spot and execution!
Another great run by Watson prior.

Let’s hope no NFL scouts aren’t watching. He has running back written all over him.

Certainly not me - I had a bet on for a red card in this game at 10/1.

Anyone see what happened there? They aren't reshowing it so far. Did he just bang his head on the ground?

Daly just doesn’t look natural when running the ball back.

Godsdammit! I had money on England beating them to nil. What the hell were we playing at?

Glad they scored. A good showing from the US will help the MLR.

Grrr. I would have preferred 45-0 rather than trying to be flash pricks going for 50+.

Is it just me, or has Daly been crap this season for England? So many times when he should be breaking on the outside and he's cut back in and killed off the attack. Compare his running with Watsons, and I know who I'd be picking in my back 3

Indeed - it pains me to say, as I think it's largely EJs fault - but I wouldn't have Daly in the starting XV right now

I've certainly thought he's been living on reputation for a while now.

I've recorded the game being at work and not having the self control to watch it in the pub at lunch and not consume 2 or 3 too many. From following along here and on the bbc text commentary there seems to have been enough happening to enjoy it even knowing the score.

Disappointing to cough up a try at the end but overall England should be pretty satisfied with that. It was a definite improvement on the Tonga game.
The 2 flankers were very good, the forwards off the bench really made a mark, JJ was excellent and Watson looked in prime form.
Daly looks well under par to me. And that was one of Launchburys poorest games I felt. Youngs cannot pass consistently well but at least he made some good breaks.
Selection for the Argentina game is going to be very interesting.

Yep. He’s gone from world class winger to average fullback in two years.

Obviously only half an eye on the game as at work - but I saw quite a few wrong options from Daly. He is playing poorly.
