I think they were too pre-planned. FH can't really hide what he's doing, but IC can at least pretend he's got alternative options.
As said though it's early days, and these things take time to groove.
Dare I say that it might work better if the IC poses a possibility of actually running with the ball, (and preferably a singer offering an alternative pass).

Interesting things keep happening as I type.
As i write the above, ford follows my advice, and wraps around Te'o(?) For AW to score again; with May as a valid option to not loop
