It’s also worth noting that’s in combination with much more too. He’s not just a turnover machine and is a good carrier and a good defender too.

In ‘spreading the load’ you also have to give players the right opportunity ie having a decent core of experience and capability around them. I hope that’s the case.

He's always been a decent carrier... it's improved, I think he's added a bit of offloading, but he's always had that determination to make ground.

Its always just been unfortunate injuries with Willis. It could have very easily been him instead of Underhill or Curry in the WC final if he had a bit more luck. He may have improved a couple percentages recently but he’s always had a full package, at least as long as ive been watching him.

I think the level of the Oh Dear depends on which players and how contained it is. If they found out yesterday, then they may not have had any significant group training sessions since the weekend and it could be that those 4 are all that there'll be.

They've cancelled training for the week so that should help mitigate exposure in the group. Hopefully for them it's an isolated outbreak and doesn't hit their chances too much. We want a competitive final after all.

Racing have had some Covid issues as well. Could Chiefs end up winning both finals via Covid? Would sum up this shit show of a year. Would it be worse to win or lose a final because of Covid?

Bristol have said their tests all came back clear. Fingers were ok to play Friday.

They also don't have to have anyone isolating, suggesting it's at least not front row.

Telegraph is saying it's academy players. Times reporting not frontline (possibly lifted from telegraph).

Desperately hoping the next round of tests comes back clean. Rumours are that it's academy players in a single house, so hopefully academy staff too, and the seniors are all clear.

Not sure how'd I'd feel about Bris getting to the final by a default....

How could you conscionably give them the all clear when they have had multiple positive cases within the last week? Madness.

Depends who the positive cases are. Rumour has it that the first four were academy players sharing a house and the entire squad has been in isolation since then. If that's the case and the four new cases this week are the only people it's spread to, I don't see why the rest of squad couldn't play if they continue to test negative.

Oh definitely. It does seem quite opaque at the moment though.
