Honestly, Genge has been poor, JvP pretty terrible, and Laurence awful. Steward is fine so long as he doesn’t need to defend…which isn’t ideal for a FB.

We’ve not had enough of the ball, but JvPs service has been so poor that it’s hard to judge the backs.
We are absolutely shite and the bench has yet to arrive
That wasn’t absolutely shite, though. We’ve been largely on top against South Africa. But the mistakes need to stop, and I’d probably haul JvP off.

Nah SA are not firing at all. They're using this as a rotation match

And there it is. Forward is ludicrous. We're getting pity decisions

If I were England coach, this would be Laurence’s last match

I generally feel that if the receiver is always behind the passer (and doesn't have to scramble to catch) AND the passer goes forward further than the ball does (without any form of acceleration) then by definition, it can't have been a forward pass.

That is absolutely crazy, I didn't see any neck or any roll in that

It was more obvious than the ‘forward’ pass.

Can we please trythrowing the ball from one player to another, instead of just kicking the ball?
It's worked reasonably well when we've actually tried it

I’m going to be honest, though… I don’t get Genge. He doesn’t seem to do anything but give away penalties
