Where's this from? The official update an hour ago said he's receiving joint care with Warriors and Scotland and they'll keep reviewing his progress.
WOM hence a rumour. The guy's mentioned a lot of stuff that ended up materialising but some that didn't - Graham at the weeg from next season for example.

I've not seen any footage of this "no arms" tackle. Can't find it on youtube. Any suggestions where I'll be able to see it?
Cheers!

Thanks, Stones, but it seems that most BBC video clips can't be viewed over here in France. No idea why.

You could try here? Using the BBC footage but the second clip is from an individual's Twitter account.

So. We done for the year? Nel, Watson, Russell, Jones, Hogg is an absurd proportion of the truly top-notch players that we have.

Squad updates. Small Horne injured. Fagerson in seems like a risk but okay.

http://www.scottishrugby.org/news/19/02 ... land-squad

Worcester Warriors stand-off Duncan Weir is joined by Edinburgh trio Magnus Bradbury (back-row), Dougie Fife (wing) and James Johnstone (centre), and Glasgow Warriors front-row forwards Zander Fagerson (tighthead prop) and George Turner (hooker).

The group replaces injured Glasgow Warriors pair George Horne (shoulder) and Stafford McDowall (ankle), as well as front-row forwards David Cherry, Murray McCallum (both Edinburgh) and Jake Kerr (Leicester Tigers).

Fagerson's impact off the bench will be huge.

I hope you are right, but I don't think we should expect too much from him too soon. The same goes for Bradbury. Away in France in the 6N is different from under strength Welsh sides in the pro 14.

He was a little off the boil earlier this season, has been injured and hasn't played much international rugby at all over the last 15/16 months. He may not come back close to his best but that's ok and to be expected.

It might, yes. I don't doubt his talent. Just I was already worrying before his injury he'd be burning out by his mid-twenties. He's had a fair bit of time off and I think someone was saying he looked pretty chunky on his return this weekend.

I might just be overly pessimistic as things look to be on the cusp of turning to absolute shit for us.

You know the injury list is bad when WFD, Dougie Funf, and Jimmy Johnston are getting called up to the Test squad.

Johnstone certainly has some good highlight moments. Is he not up to it in other areas? Not really watched him that closely.

Typically Scotland turn to shit and I get offered 2 tickets to the wales game.

Anyway difficult to know who to pick who isn’t tarnished with that shit fest

Dell - worked hard
Brown - time to show a mean streak toonie
Fagerson
BBT
Gg
Graham - I didn’t notice Bradbury until 35 mins
Richie
Straus toss up between him and Bradbury both were shit
Price - zero point playing slow ball against wales.
Russell
Graham
Johnson
Johnson
Maitland - looked slow
Kinghorn - developing a habit of making a break and not passing. It’s happenong to much now

Lol. What a massively encouraging post. I've wanted Price in for Laidlaw too and he looked much sharper off the bench, I'm just a bit terrified at the idea of him finally having recovered a bit from that previous Wales game then going back there and getting a kicking. Though it may be the perfect way to redeem himself.

I certainly can't take much more of Laidlaw.

Has there been any word on Russell?
