You mean meddling, perhaps? Or is it really possible to say medalling i in an intelligible English sentence? :?

Sadly medalling. As in England's chance of medalling at the Olympic games.

Ok, I didn't know that England actually went Olympicking. Isn't it supposed to be Britain, or the UK, or something?

They even get that wrong. They call it Team G B, when in fact it should be team U K, as it includes Northern Ireland, but the marketing people thought the former sounded more with it!

I'm pretty sure it's formally "Team GB & NI". I also fail to understand why it couldn't just have been "Team UK".

Technically should be Team 'UK of GB & NI' as the country's full 'name' is 'The United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland'

They really love to show off their mathematical skills on these rugby web sites, don't they

So now we've gone from five things we learned from,/i] or eight things we learned from, to five predictions for

Why not just write an article with an introduction, the required amount of paragraphs, and a conclusion, & let us do the counting (not that we'd ever bother)?

So the All Blacks don't win games any more, they close them out - like an end-of-season merchandise sale. . .

Rugby Championship previews basically recycle the same old headlines again and again. All Blacks weary of Pumas pack! Gosh, really?

Imagine if the coaches said what they really thought and the press actually reported it. All Blacks expect to kick ass! or NZ coach doesn't rate Argies, predicts easy win.

That would grab readers' attention a lot quicker than these tedious cliche headlines . . .
