LCD is so good in the loose. Lineout still lacks confidence

Yep. He won’t make Jones’s squad unless he sorts it.
Has BT inserted an impartiality clause in Nicol’s contract?

Woodburn may have just given us a clue as to why he’s not in the England frame.

Didn't look that convinced did he?
Poite is not doing too well imo
Great try, but reasonably sure there was a forward pass at the start

(in best Nicol mode)....converted about 8 two v ones in a row tho

fckin hell that penalty try and yellow card has cost Exeter three tries and the next round of the cup.
Looks like no AP teams going through.
This rugby is a bit of a wake up call, see Scarlets.

Interesting, Exeter showing what they can do when playing a bit looser ( and that without Slade

)

Those Simmonds boys are decently quick. Lovely break from the younger one before.

Simmonds has made so many metres. Shame he’s not obese though.

He’s three stone too light to be a good carrier, I’m afraid.

Exeter got themselves back into it miraculously, but will regret many things in that game.

Exe have only themselves to blame for coughing up ball 5m out and missing overlaps.
BUT... the penalty try decision was utterly ridiculous. Quite how Poite missed the Glasgow forwards piling in at the side of a maul 5m out a couple of minutes later is a bit of a mystery too.
Simmonds was outstanding i thought and LCD had another cracking game. Williams very good.

yep to all that, and I was very impressed with Joe Simmonds running too. Pace on the game did embarrass a couple of Exeter forwards.

Time for Eddie Jones to do a "Burgess" and move Sam Simmonds to 12. You know it makes sense
