Actually quite like the ref cracking down early on closing at the line out and hookers moving around.

That is so long as the players react accordingly and it isn't every bloody one.

Dallaglio somehow not twigging to the fact that Daly got exactly what he wanted by bouncing that out off the Leinster player.

Got to ask the question about the ref being able to pick up Bassett's deliberate knock on from the video replay but not Cronin clearly picking the ball up from behind himself for the try.

Obviously don't want to point out one was denying the home team a try and the other was awarding them a penalty but....

Thought the Cronin ‘try’ was a really obvious penalty to Wasps at the time. Beyond me why having a foot in front of the ball wouldn’t be something you’d immediately think of to check.

And Sopoaga shouldn’t have been a yellow either, Cronin threw that pass a mile forwards.

Given the defensive effort Wasps are putting in, seems a bit odd to be getting into a guy who's tackling himself to a stand still.

Tommy Taylor looking like he's starting to get back to his pre-injury levels around the pitch too.

We'll have to agree to differ, I think. Carr and Young have been massively more effective in my eyes in the areas you mention. They have both completed tackles, for example, and got their hands on the ball. I'd bring Johnson on for Shields at HT.

I only see what's in shot and may be wrong. Shields just seems to be a yard off everything. He's getting in the way sometimes and that's about it.

Poitre really not covering himself in glory here. That scrum wasn't going anywhere for far too long, really should have been telling Leinster to use it.

Leinster didn't score there, but was there not a massive knock on from Leinster to get the turn over?
