POM injured Hogg off, marginal mind. I reckon that's dodgy, and it is when he did his shoulder.
You'd want him on your team, but yes.Mellsblue wrote:With no hint of irony, O’Mahony proves that he is the c**t.
I don’t know if it was ‘marginal’. Almost certainly deliberate and a penalty at the very least IMO. Important too, considering Ireland’s first try came from the passage of play immediately after.Banquo wrote:POM injured Hogg off, marginal mind. What, Russells? Why not?Stom wrote:I just don't like those offloads off the floor...
Agreed. Unless it’s genuinely instant, it feels like it shouldn’t be allowed.Stom wrote:I just don't like those offloads off the floor...
Real time looked ok, slo-mo not so much. As I said, dodgy....Scrumhead wrote:I don’t know if it was ‘marginal’. Almost certainly deliberate and a penalty at the very least IMO. It was great skill.Scrumhead wrote:Agreed. Unless it’s genuinely instant, it feels like it shouldn’t be allowed.Stom wrote:I just don't like those offloads off the floor...
No issue with Russell’s in particular, just a weird anomaly in the laws.
attacking sides are overly favoured imoDanno wrote:Is there some directive for refs to allow at least 5 secs before awarding a pen for holding on? Sco just dragged a whole ruck 2m by the ball before Poite blew up
Easy like sunday morningScrumhead wrote:Impressed by Ritchie. He’s made a couple of very good turnovers.
True. I’d probably have him in the 20 shirt for Bedford.Banquo wrote:You'd want him on your team, but yes.Mellsblue wrote:With no hint of irony, O’Mahony proves that he is the c**t.
yep both sides have been running out of ideas at the 22m line. Shame, as had been a great game.Mellsblue wrote:That is possibly the most boring 5 mins of rugby I’ve ever watched. Did Ireland do anything over than go one out during that period of play.
Yes. Although Scotland’s repeated basic errors have pretty much gifted this to Ireland. It doesn’t feel like the 9 point gap is reflection of the game to me.Banquo wrote:Ireland much better this half.
Yep. They've been pretty pony this half, just bogged a great chance. Ireland have strangled the game.Scrumhead wrote:Yes.
