Sio got Garces in his pocket wrongly so far. Sinck should be dealing with it though.

HT Eng 17 - 9 Aus
Points gained from swift breaks - done well to limit Aus score from their territory & posession.

I think I called it reasonably well
Danno wrote:Great. All anyone has to do is drop the ball in the first minute, roll the dice at the scrum and hope the penalty goes their way to nail that down for the rest of the match.

Hopefully the Sink can change the refs view early in the second half.

Aus scrum isn't the disaster zone it used to be ages ago, but Sio knows that it's worth rolling the dice in the red zone.

I'm less concerned about the tip and more annoyed that Hooper was clearly part of the tackle and was given the penalty for the turnover, despite never letting go at any point.

I thought Lawes's tackling in the first 10 minutes was sensational - kept us in the game.
Slade's little kick with his right foot was sweet.
Flankers are superb.

Slade's kick for the second try has glossed over his poor performance so far.
Haha Sinckler stopped running.

What even was that Australian defence? That was dire!
Was slightly worried that Sinckler was going to get held up there.
