Btw, can't see that being an issue. There is no problem getting out of the country and, with planning (which there has been), both teams will definitely travel. Both NZ and Oz just had a full Olympic team after all.
The issues at the moment are with plans involving travelling around and between two countries who are each (apart from NSW) trying to stamp out outbreaks when they arise.
I'd also be very confident NZ's current outbreak will have been stamped out before then.

Thanks for your reply. I knew the Oz and NZ RL teams would'nt travel to the UK for the RLWC (which has been postponed I think).

Nicol, Barnes, Greenwood, Guscott would be an absolute dream on the pitch, and would leave me attacking my own skull with a hammer drill in commentary.
Stephen Jones ever tried TV punditry?

Lions XV of commentators that would implode a skull:
Marler
Hartley

Ben Kay
Dayglo

Butler
Andy Nicol
Barnes (Captain, can mute anyone mid sentence to blab shite whenever he wants)
NUMBAS!!*
SCW
BOD
Ashton

Help me out with the blanks
*Jiffy, in case the reference was too oblique
Phil ‘impartial commentary when England playing...not’ Vickery at 3?

Vickery is an excellent shout - thankfully he doesn't appear to be getting employment anymore, so I'd nearly forgotten about his foray into commentary.

Justice for Phillip Matthews, a bit of a fanboy for Ireland in a similar vein to Vicks. And still more justice for Guscott, who simply adores Guscott, no chance BOD is even close on this one. Ian Dahntahn Jones could fit in alongside Kay

A moment for my favourite anecdote, which is of Jeremy Guscott attempting to linejump at a club in Bath with the phrase, "Do you know who I am?" and getting told, "Yes, and I think you're a c*nt" by the unimpressed doorman.
