Frustrating half for Saints. We're looking fine in possession but just coughing it up and giving Tigers gifts far too regularly. Tigers have been ruthlessly efficient. I wish that we could get the same kind of use out of Naiyaravoro that Tigers do from Nadolo.

Hopefully Saints pull themselves together to have a more competitive 2nd half, and hopefully Foley decides to ref the rucks

Well if Saints are going seal then got to blow them off.

I'm not sure that half was as one sided as the scoreline suggests. Absolutely gutted I'm not there, in much less enjoyable surroundings but at least got it on the BT App.

Saints very lucky to finish that half with 15 men. Weise incredible performance from him and Nadolo showing one on one there is few better. Saints have looked dangerous in patches, if Tigers tire or let up then they could quickly claw their way back in. Saints backs look like they took some big hits in that half, Proctor and Biggar in particular not sure they can afford to lose them.

Tigers line speed under Sinfield is a joy after the turgid defence we had for years. Aled's S&C work facilitates it. Good coaching acquisitions.

Never would want to loose Biggar, but Grayson seems to have had a good impact so far this half

How has Foley missed that blindingly obvious knock on from Potter? Result, 3 points to Tigers from a quality drop goal from Ford.

Not massively different to the cheap shot on Cole in the first half...

To go to the Gardens and hammer Saints like that is pretty exceptional. If Tigers fans liked Borthwick before they might love him now.

The most perplexing decision of that game was taking Collins off and putting Litchfield on the wing. Nonsensical.

Tigers very good for the most part. Saints had their moments but far too many errors and poor decisions.

Ford is really playing quite beautifully at the moment.

Aye, it's a great shame as an England fan and as a Saints fan that Ford wasn't picked by Jones

Was Jones or any of his crew there? Did not watch as could not resist the cricket - excellent decision as it turned out!!?

Is Smith to be a given a game or two, then be rejected? Or, will Jones ever find the balls to pick on merit? Ford keeps doing it. So, when will the decision come - two from three with Farrell etc.

The correct decision would be to pick 2 fly halves, and for those to be Ford and Smith. Consider Farrell as a 12, if you must.

Jones was at Murryfield today, looking very bored.

Gods, why? I had assumed he was doing work with the squad, or something useful like that. With all due respect, this is not a vintage Tonga side that requires scouting in person.

Of all the games to bother watching this weekend.

Various premiership games to see who has/hasn't worked on what you asked of them. Nope.

Wales V New Zealand aka our chief rival in the 6Nations and the best team in the world. Nope.

A scratch Scottish side and a tier 2 team that had a mere 4 days together to prepare for an international away from home. FUCK. YEAH.

Players had the weekend off after their 5 days in Jersey. The Tigers internationals were supporting the boys from the stands.

On the game itself, I thought Kelly was impressive. Put in a big shift in defence, as well as making two of the first half tries. I'm still not 100% convinced he's international quality, but he's definitely improving.

Ford was just immense. Carried the team, especially in the 8 minutes where we were down to 13 (Wiese is a f*cking liability, btw - I'm marking it as a test of Borthwick's man management if he can get him to stop being so reliably a dick by the end of the season. Phenomenal carrier, but needs his head examining for some of the foul play penalties he gives away). That drop goal, where he took the goal-line drop-out set himself and then just slotted it, was a thing of utter beauty. It was exactly what we needed to take the wind out of Saints' sails and change the story from them riding a comeback wave to us still being up on the scoreboard and in control.

Even so, surely there was better that he could've done with his time?

An impressive win, but Sinfield will be fuming to have conceded four tries, and handing Saints an lbp.

Watching the next opposition is quite a useful thing to do. Even if they’ve not had much time there will be players to analyse and patterns to look at.
