I am watching bt and the co commentator (I can't even make out who it is) has the craziest sore throat voice. It is making me try and clear my own throat every time he tries to speak.

Saints are bloody good when they’re on song.

I chose ITV just for Flats and Nollie.

That is a shit call to disallow that try. Especially in the context of Wasps non try

Yep. 14 point swing with that call and the missed Umaga knock on.

There must be another angle where that makes more sense. Commentators trying to justify it I feel

Think they've just said Tom May. Sounds like he's smoked a half dozen cigars last night on a serious bender.

I think Coles did touch the ball there, but makes up for Umagas non try

Grayson's goal kicking hasn't been very good, but otherwise pretty happy with that game. Did feel at one point like we were on for a late loss like the last few games

Made hard work of that tbh. TMO had a bit of a mare, but that’s a monkey off their backs in terms of not losing games they should be winning.

Ribbans is back into some decent form the last few games, after quite a while of trying too hard and making lots of errors following his ban and missing out on England. Good to see.

Yep, think he’d go well with Itoje.

Sleightholme is v rapid- hopefully he can put a run of games in. Mitchell was disappointing today- hit and miss; bit symptomatic of saints play…think it’s concentration as much as anything.

Aye Sleights hasn't looked his best since coming back from injury, but yeah he is rapid and pretty physical too and a fair jackal for a winger. As you say, hopefully he can have a clear run to end the season and get back to form

Yup, you could see his fingers momentarily bend back on one frame then go straight again. No complaints though, Saints deserved the win

Thought Ribbans was outstanding. Coles seems to be maturing nicely. T Willis very good for Wasps.

Both sides have a lot going for them, but neither can put together a consistent run.

Yep, could do worse than call Ribbans up. Jack Willis was relatively subdued but that's not surprising- and did some of his normal stuff.

According to the stats Jack and Tom had nearly identical stats, with Tom beating a couple more defenders (both with 16 tackles, Jack had 17 carries to Tom's 16). They had more carries between them than the rest of our starting pack.

Yeah a- I knew you'd come up with something, so thanks, b- I'd paid compliments to the pair of them earlier, and c- it was a comment relative to his normal contribution, he understandably faded a bit and unsurprisingly wasn't coming up with his usual jackal rate...but still a very good performance.

Just didn't that was a relatively subdued appearance. No arguments about his jackaling. He went for a few more but didn't quite managed to get locked on them as well as the one he got. Saints were playing fast and loose, so not too many breakdowns anyway.

Its a compliment to what his pre injury levels were tbh. Eddie suitably impressed :)
