The young fly half is Jarrod Evans who will be with the U20s in the JWC, however there is also the fullback from the U20s JWC who will be with Cardiff next season Rhun Williams and from what I have seen looks a good prospect. I wouldn't be surprised if he skips ahead of Morgan before long.

Poor Roko - should have chosen Fiji; though I understand his reasons for initially rejecting them, I'm sure they kept in contact.

Go easy on the poor fella, hes in a bad way with the way Barf went this year and the thought of it being run by Jaapies. Hes been hitting the cooking sherry a tad too much allegedly...
