May the best team win .............. unless it's New Zealand.

At the risk of continuing my knack of getting everything wrong, I reckon this could be the game of the tournament. Cannae wait!
It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

1:30 on the clock and I'm saying Ireland are clearly going to win this, NZ seem to have shat themselves already

Aha, Irish discipline cracks after 28 phases. The blueprint to beating them is clear.

I actually want NZ to win and am playing reverse psychology with the gods of fate

To be fair though, there's two better sides playing, so you'd expect nothing less.

Unexpected source - gave it some though.
It's like QF1 on speed - they'll both need the benches early.
Clever use of the chip so far NZ.

NZ have scored points from Ireland's long kicks down the centre of the field. Why keep doing it?

Not seeing what was harsh about the yellow.

Still waiting for an Irishman to score a try though.

Fantastic match so far, more than living up to its hype

Ha. Just came here to throw out the same bait.

Good match so far, but that yellow could kill us.

Yep, 4 tries by New Zealanders. I think we should get a point from each one scored by a kiwi playing away against us.

Ironically, the biggest cock up was before Ireland's try. Barnes asks whether Retalick was taken out, TMO confirms he was, Barnes doesn't here. Couple of phases Ireland get the penalty. TMo tries to get Barnes' attention but in failing around trying to fix his mike, it all gets lost. 3 points lost for NZ and from the resultant pressure, Ireland get 7.
