Saints side for Nottingham tomorrow:
15 Ewan Baker
14 Rafe Witheat – Saint #2102
13 Tom Litchfield
12 Charlie Savala
11 Jake Garside
10 George Makepeace-Cubitt
9 Archie McParland
1 Tarek Haffar
2 Craig Wright
3 Luke Green
4 Will Spencer
5 Gavin Thornbury
6 Fyn Brown
7 Angus Scott-Young (c)
8 Reuben Logan
Replacements:
16 Nathan Langdon
17 Tom West
18 Ollie Scola – Northampton Saints debut
19 Ed Prowse
20 Archie Benson – Northampton Saints debut
21 Jonny Weimann
22 Billy Pasco – Northampton Saints debut
23 Toby Cousins – Northampton Saints debut
Much more youthful team (ignoring the second row) for the Championship side clash than we had for Tigers. Looking forward to seeing Logan and Benson in action.
Nottingham will likely put up decent show
They did
But the comp is seriously warped this year

Good effort from Coventry winning at Tigers.
London Scottish shipped 99 pts against Saracens. Ouch.

Young Tigers squad with Whitely the only back older than 23 and four teenagers in there. Couple of injuries in the warm up meant Chessum Jnr had to start and teenagers come in at 18 and 19 on the bench. The Tigers starting tighthead ended up playing the full 80. Coventry are a decent outfit as well, they've recruited cleverly. They are five from five so far in the Championship.

I didn't see the game yesterday but their pack has had a very good write up on the Tigers offy. Not a massive surprise with Hinckley and Kvesic in there, two players who you'd back to do a job at Prem level. Some big Fijians in there as well which apparently helped the carrying game.
Tommy Matthews had an odd time coming through various academies, didn't seem to settle but looked good for England under 20s. Seems to have worked for them as a clever pick up.
