That's twice Moala has failed to make a simple pass for a certain try in order to seek glory. Looks like he's grounded that (although for some reason Ayoub thinks he needs control). Stupid not to pass. He'll not get any more caps if he keeps it up.

So the ABs have come to play then! Time dead and running it out from your own line.

Cane perhaps feeling the heat now he no longer has a free pass as a 'player for the future'/reserve?

So we're about to test this mid-field cover theory...

Just lethal.

Sopoaga for Crotty. So our backline is now...

9. A.Smith
10. Sopoaga
11. Savea
12. B.Smith
13. Naholo
14. Dagg
15. Barrett

...I think? That's a quite the mess. On the flip side, that must be some kind of record for the most number of back three players on the field at one time.

Mid field obviously not working. 10 has to do it all himself....

A Conrad kick from Dagg would've been nice there. Still, doesn't look like there will be any tries leaked late game this week.

Oh good, that last try at least made the scoreline respectable.

Dixon and Squire are both playing well enough, they'll probably be OK.

They'll be fine.

They'll be fine, and Moala has been decent at 13 this year. Crotty is a steady pair of hands, even if he may be holding the fort until Ngatai can be looked at properly, but he's not someone who'll lose a test.
Fuckin' told you so.

It was a nice touch for Liam Squire to take the field wearing Duane Monkley's haircut.

Liam Squire is basically Garyl.

Most of the work was done by 9, 10 and 15. Yes, the mid field was adequate but it wasn't the 12/13 combo setting the Lunchbox on fire, was it?

According to Twitter:

Wales running metres: 193
Israel Dagg running metres: 196

Yeah. But how many meters did he aimlessly kick, eh?
