Was that Jake Ball there simply refusing to let go of the England ball at a ruck while we had advantage? I'm not sure if the ref actually said anything to him, but seems like we're seeing more and more of those situations where an infringement gets called out and the players flat out refuse to stop, knowing that probably nothing will happen. I guess they had already given penalty advantage away in the same position.

If a player dips into a low arm and it ends up round their neck I still don't get how that is a high tackle.
