Fucking hell. Laidlaw's pass to Gray then. Was he trying to lob it over the top or something?

Finally. Too little for the work they've had to put in though.

Yeah. Whether he told Gray to stand back or not, I don’t know.Mikey Brown wrote:Fucking hell. Laidlaw's pass to Gray then. Was he trying to lob it over the top or something?

Given we aren't quite as good at scoring tries as we like to think - we're really going to miss Laidlaw's boot if he retires.
And yes of course, we score a try and butcher the restart. You couldn't make it up. EVERY TIME.

Well not a bad try in the end but its only taken 110 minutes of absolute shit rugby to show how good we are...

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Harris actually looks to have some decent pace on him.

Class. Very clever of Grieg to use the Samoan to shove him over.

GREAT TRY.
Great team effort. Laidlaw looked plain out of options but somehow bounced a Samoan off and had the acceleration to get over the line. Great vision from Russell and great lines from Ritchie/Greig

Really liking Bradbury/Ritchie. Would like to see Thomson impose himself a bit more.

Some of the players look shattered already btw. Nel and Reid are walking.

Hardly a shock is it. I'm wondering what our plan is for keeping them going in the second half.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Some of the players look shattered already btw. Nel and Reid are walking.

Doing a lot more of the right things now... that was a cracker from Hogg btw... Almost on the halfway and at a bit of an angle. Why don't we line him up for last minute drop goals instead of Russell?

What's all over Reid's mouth? Probably dried blood but it looks like he's tucked into a chocolate pud of some kind.

20 minutes ago it was how "how are we working this hard for only 3 points?" so I'll take it.francoisfou wrote:How the fcuk are you twenty points to the good playing so crap?

Probably didn't expect to get on the pitch so soon.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:What's all over Reid's mouth? Probably dried blood but it looks like he's tucked into a chocolate pud of some kind.

That's worthy of a yellow. Red zone, try preventing and second offence.

Bradbury knocked on in phase 4/5. We're lucky to still have the ball.
