Wade...seriously mate, stay on your man there. It was 3 on 3.
No need to kick themselves, they should kick Haskell. Actually the interview from Haskell where he complained his ban was longer than ideal meaning he'd miss out on possible England time reeked of a player leaving, it should have been a time to put an emphasis on apologising to the club and the fans, even if the question leads toward England his answer doesn't need toBanquo wrote:another great score, their handling is verging on exceptional in these conditions. Be kicking themselves even more re quins game
Willis has handled nicely twice now, l-r to boot
He hardly exclusively cost them the match tho. They collectively blew a 21 pt leadDigby wrote:No need to kick themselves, they should kick Haskell. Yep. Very, very poor.Banquo wrote:Wade...seriously mate, stay on your man there. It was 3 on 3.
In those conditions it was remarkable, their play out the back with loop plays is the best in England. And it's nice to see WLR playing well on consistent basis.Banquo wrote:Austin is right- Wasps showed great skill and ambition, and showed what was possible.
WLR did a couple of shockers tbh, but much of his play was sublime....his outside arcs need a bit of reading too, that comes with playing with him more often.Digby wrote:In those conditions it was remarkable, their play out the back with loop plays is the best in England. I'd also note today was a game of two leaving players, both would I'm sure be welcomed back, but Carr was brilliant, and Lealiifano made mistake after mistake, his double play in a few minutes of kicking the ball out sideways and then moments later throwing an intercept being a particular lowlight in how to backup errors
lol, fair point. Plus defending is a lot harder in looser play.Raggs wrote:I actually prefer wasps playing in those conditions. We can still play whereas other sides are far more likely to knock on.
Piutau had a good game given so little ball, the point you have actually made.Digby wrote:WLR did make mistakes, but that's why they signed him (the performance as a whole not the errors). Okay he owes his forwards, the #8 aside, a few beers for helping him look that much better than his opposite number but when you do look that much better than Piutau it's a good day
The Ulster scramble was to be nice shit, and that's very odd for a side led by KissBanquo wrote:lol, fair point. Plus defending is a lot harder in looser play.Raggs wrote:I actually prefer wasps playing in those conditions. We can still play whereas other sides are far more likely to knock on.
Go wash your mouth out!!Banquo wrote:Austin is right-
Well Piutau is a class act, but WLR was much more influential if only 'cause of his forwards. Both are brilliant players I'd happily pay to watchBanquo wrote:Piutau had a good game given so little ball, the point you have actually made.Digby wrote:WLR did make mistakes, but that's why they signed him (the performance as a whole not the errors).
