clearouts really need looking at, The wet exacerbates it, but players (both sides) flying in horizontally with no attempt to bind isnt only illegal, its just plain dangerous.

Good call Austin- Cruse was good; but most Wasps were. Launchbury, Gaskell, Willis, Robson, Cips and Eastmond all went very well. WLR had some sublime moment mixed up with daftness. Wade...unfortunately wasn't great.

In those conditions it was remarkable, their play out the back with loop plays is the best in England. And it's nice to see WLR playing well on consistent basis.

I'd also note today was a game of two leaving players, both would I'm sure be welcomed back, but Carr was brilliant, and Lealiifano made mistake after mistake, his double play in a few minutes of kicking the ball out sideways and then moments later throwing an intercept being a particular lowlight in how to backup errors

WLR did a couple of shockers tbh, but much of his play was sublime....his outside arcs need a bit of reading too, that comes with playing with him more often.

Carr did well in conditions unsuited to his natural game; Lealifano looked what 10's often look like with not much ball and under pressure,

I actually prefer wasps playing in those conditions. We can still play whereas other sides are far more likely to knock on.

WLR did make mistakes, but that's why they signed him (the performance as a whole not the errors). Okay he owes his forwards, the #8 aside, a few beers for helping him look that much better than his opposite number but when you do look that much better than Piutau it's a good day

Well Piutau is a class act, but WLR was much more influential if only 'cause of his forwards. Both are brilliant players I'd happily pay to watch
