I haven’t seen much of Woodward this season, but I thought last year he was a bit of a liability on kick return. He’s definitely a first instinct counter attacker kind of fullback, but he likes to throw a few 50/50 passes and some dodgy offloads. Internationally, I’d be more interested in him as a wing tbh, which is where he played most of his rugby in New Zealand I believe.
