Good shout on Simmonds, didn't see a lot of the ball in truth, but everything he did had purpose.

Exciting young player. Thought he ran things well and generally made the right decisions.
JJ went well, some nice touches and an almost perfect impression of Homer!! Though not quite good enough to catch Lawrence out

Like Simmonds especially because if he makes a break its likely to be decisive. Lol on lol on JJ- he does need to be out wider a bit more often and working with Joe C and Watson when back.

I thought Hill was good. This time last year he was getting stick on this board which I never understood. He was up against a strong second row today.

Looks like he may have filled out a bit, maybe? Thought Stooke and Ewells were good too.

His decision to go for the peroxide blonde bottle cried out to be mocked

Come come Dors, it is clear to see your dismissive view of White has little to do with his speed of hands but more the ferret under his nose.

He’s an imbecile.

Joseph looking very sharp.
Was it Dallaglio in the Quins/Sarries game who wouldn’t stop going on about Barrit “pre-binding” onto Skelton (from behind the carrier/ball) before a drive for the line? Unless there’s a rule I’d never heard of that any contact with a player from your own team is an offside then really is a moron.

Easily one of the worst pundits out there in terms of incite or entertainment. Has a relatively good voice for tv/radio and that appears to be enough.

Been out today so havent caught the game. Maybe i'll do so with the mute button handy.
Dallaglio, or should I say Lawrence "look at that" Dallaglio is a thundering ass with virtually nothing useful to add to any commentary.

Good voice? His Estuary English would make you squirm. Agree about his (lack of) punditry. Misses anything remotely subtle, as well as the bleedin' obvious. Sounds like a bloke who has never played the game at all.

Insight. He incites quite well :)

Its a shame, and maybe its why it is being ignored, because by all accounts he's a decent guy. Unlike Healey, who isn't.

Aye. You got me there.

And yes I was clutching at straws with the voice thing. I guess I was thinking he's about as awful as Shane Williams as a pundit, the only thing that separates them is the annoying, squeaky voice.

When he sticks to rugby I like Healey as an analyst

I watched Sarries v Quins on CH5, so had Flats & Grayson. Good value both.

Healey I think is one of the better ones

While I hate to say this, Dallaglio was like the proverbial stopped clock and actually got that one right - it is illegal to prebind onto a player and go into contact together. It's Law 9.22 prohibiting a "flying wedge": https://laws.worldrugby.org/?highlight= ... edge&law=9

It's never given as an offence nowadays, but it is technically still illegal.

This.
Bath put a lot into that game, yet got nothing out of it. There's enough good players to be pushing top 4 but something just isnt clicking regularly enough.
Exe reliable enough with a crucial edge in the scrums.
Think Dickson is developing into a very good ref.

All the ingredients, no recipe - which has got to be down to coaching, maybe halfbacks and on-field leadership

Fair enough. Just seemed like a very odd thing to suddenly become absolutely fixated on. I thought for a moment he was going to suggest a slo-mo/TMO to see if Barritt's hands touched Skelton before he got the ball.

No denying it was really weird! It was like he was having acid flashbacks to the 1990s when the last flying wedge penalty was probably given.
