Lovely run. Though, you can see a rugby player instincts arcing to the centre to go back towards support, rather than an American footballer running towards his blockers on the wing and using them to shepherd him over the line. Incredible that he's doing so well from such a short time in the game.

I think he might make the bills squad as their receiver group is so poor and he projects as a shifty type gadget player that I think they'll keep an extra running back on the squad.
Just watched again and the triple tackle aren't as bad as they look - Wade stops and then suddenly accelerates, so their tackle is aimed on a stationary target 2m back from where it now is. Great skills.

Still, I'd be fuming if 3 rugby players missed that tackle (though, Wade has made many a rugby player look ordinary too!)

Is he eligible for the main squad?

Read up about it the other night - if they use the International Player free space for him, then he's not eligible for the main squad. However, if they want, they can eschew the free space and just have him in the main squad. They would need to decide that before the season started though.

That, and a rugby player isn't wearing a suit of armour. Easier to throw people off balance when they're wearing that silly getup.

If he can be both a receiver and a running back, big plus point.

Part of the issue us that so much NOT tackling is just blunt force, designed to knock people over. Wade can exploit that, as he's both ridiculously agile but also has a low centre of gravity

That was an autocorrect, but glad it came across as intended! Like anyone Wade can be dragged down or will come down if someone grabs his legs. But if you let him stand you up or go high he will make yards or make you look silly

As an International Pathway Player. That means nobody else wanted him off waivers. It’s not surprising given how new he is to that game. He now has a year to prove himself.

I've been following some of the Bills fansites and its not surprising. We see the big plays and know how he can impact a game, but the little details like the QB having to tell him his responsibilities before each play/not always following his routes go unseen.

I think with an extra year to learn the game, he could really make an impact. He's definitely made an impression on people over there.

He’s admitted himself that he’s made numerous errors, some incredibly basic. Yep, from what I’ve read, nobody is doubting his raw athletic ability. However, if he doesn’t make it he’ll be in a long line of those coming from other sports into a practice squad only to never been seen again.

Yep. That's the way I see it too.

He can learn a hell of a lot in a year.
