Re: Team for England
Every team in the world must think an oppo line out on your 5m is a time to worry... Unless its Scotland, when it it's pretty much guaranteed to be turn over ball

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

So I'm thinking that we're not getting a bonus point then.

Re: Team for England
Do we need to move on from Laidlaw? Yes. Do we have to do it with Ali Price? Apparently so...He's not the only culprit today but he is shit today. Even at the top of his game George is twice the player. It would take months and months of consistent performers to ever persuade me he's better than Horne.
Hogg making lots of mistakes but he's carrying a lot of f*cking passengers when they kick to us. He's the only one stepping up to take ownership of those kicks and they are absolutely hammering us with them.
Thank god Toony had a masterstroke sending Duncan Weir home hey?
The arrogance at turning down a simple 3 points early on in favour of a lineout is quite something as well.
We can't make any back 3 subs cause we don't have any - Maitland and Kinghorn have got to support Hogg better. Horne only change at HT I hope...

I'm really not convinced Horne is as good at this level as you think.
But yes, Price is a bit all over the place and the stuttering double-pump thing is not helping today.

Given the wind I'm not against kicking to the corner. Brown and/or Gray need to do a far better job running the line out.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Do we need to move on from Laidlaw? Yes. Is it Gilchrist or Toolis on the bench? Would one of them and McInally help at all?

The hookers will get slated but several of these losses aren't their fault.

Actually can't remember when or if I ever saw a worse game of rugby. Not a single brain cell on display, from anyone.
