Who calls that throw to the tail given the way the lineouts have been going? Shooting ourselves in the groin as usual.

I see we have chosen not to improve at all in the intervening months

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Watson throwing the ball blindly backwards when taking contact - anyone done that after primary school? We've properly shat the bed here.

Impossible to do much with those two centres as well.

It doesn't really matter whi. Brown is the senior player there as vice captain. He should have spoken up.

Tough conditions and all, weird situation and all, but there's really no excuse for how badly we've mis-used our possession. Still, after how many years, absolutely no idea how to deal with Welsh rush defence.

A tough game in tough conditions and we give a way stupid penalties like that. Not for the first time either.

Hastings has looked 10x better than last week. Good to see.

Spoke to soon. Poor poor kick.

How many times in my life have I seen Scotland conceed points just after scoring? It would make a great rule in a RR drinking game.

Hastings gone. Shame we had a much better shape with him on.

If Graham isn't injured the coaching staff need their heads checked.

Hastings has been carrying a shoulder injury most of the half.

Surely Price has to go to the wing not Steele? He's just quicker and better suited.

It's a tough one. On theory Price best placed to control the game with an inexperienced 10.

Would be a tough gig for Steele on dayboo.

Price has been excellent in the last 10.

I think we have done it.

A few concerns but ball security was good and fair play to Price after Hastings went off.

Our defence under Tandy is so far ahead of the Taylor led defence.

Maybe now away this will give them confidence and start winning these games as comfortably as they deserve to.

Great result down in Wales - can't turn your nose up at that. Especially conisdering the structure went to shit after Hastings went off.

A LOT for them to work on though.

I maintain that I'd have been happier with him on the wing if we were defending but credit where it's due, he was excellent at the end. Not so sure about the 70 before mind.

Good win in the end, but did it the hard way, and far too many mistakes along the way. Still, strange game for strange times and I guess just take the win and move on.

Despite that potential oversight this is a big win for the coaches.

Ball security looked good - tick for Dalziel.
Set piece looked good - tick the DeVilliers
Defence solid - tick for Tandy.
All of the above and a win away - tick for GT

Easier to work on the other stuff after a win than another close loss.

Jesus what a fucking nonsense game. It's a win in Wales.

I'm sure it won't count, just like 2017, but whatever. It's a fucking away win.
