Navidi is a big blow after going so well on Sunday and with hardly any game time before then.

It’s all a bit make do and mend in the back row and the centre. It’s still a decent team, and they have been training together for some time, so hopefully the disruption caused by injury won’t prove crucial. There are some very good players missing though !

I remember Frank Hadden talking about how making over 100 tackles in a game was huge. That was only 15 years ago, game really has changed so much since then
Hasn’t it just ? I reckon Wales will have to put in another 200 this Saturday, too !

Woah. No Richie or Redpath for Scotland. I was worried about both of them. Blade Thomson and James Lang are in, instead. Maitland is also out, and tricky wee Darcy Graham replaces him.

Well that makes it a bit more even! Graham can blow hot and cold but I can see a fair old midfield tussle.

That's tough luck with those injuries (for both teams but more so for you lot probably). I think your depth is looking okay though, no one has come in who hasnt looked like a good international. Back at the World Cup, I would have thought Wainwright would be starting every game for you by now.

I think he’s not quite hitting the same heights as he
Did in the RWC. But still a good replacement. I’m more concerned by our centre partnership.

I hope both sides go all out for a win and not trying not to lose the game. Can’t wait for Saturday. It will be a tasty clash and I hope the weather or red cards has a big impact.

Wait, red cards you say? Who is getting one?
The minute it happens would be nice. Bookies are kunts.
But yeah think it will be a good game but to be honest unless one side (usually/actually mostly wales) is destroying the other they tend to be a bit shit.
Game a few years ago when north scored and then Taylor scored was pretty good.

Can we get through Friday without losing any more players?
Good thing we have a bit of depth at 6. Whereas I do feel a bit underwhelmed by our centres. Oh well, time for them to prove themselves, and having Halaholo waiting to come on will certainly bring some pressure.

Think this is the sort of game where Halaholo will find space later on.
