Nice, balanced runner, but neither big, nor with exceptional pace. I don’t think he has the potential of Radwan, for instance
I know what you mean. He looks useful and is an intelligent player but I've not seen anything to get particularly excited over yet. He has been visible in a Quins team playing miraculous rugby and has benefitted from the rising tide. I'm not sure there'd be quite the interest in him if his name wasn't Lynagh. I'm not uninterested though.
I was totally meh over Radwan but it looks like he's got the bit between his teeth in the last few months and is changing my mind.

I get what you mean, but he's far more physical than you might expect from looking at him (or hearing him speak) and has this uncanny ability to cut a perfect line back inside against a drifting defence and make metres when there appears to be no space at all.
Will be interesting to see if he plays much 15 at any point.

He will hardly get a sniff at the 15 jersey if Tyrone Greene keeps up his current form. This lad is electric, looks faster than Lynagh and is a good all-round footballer. But in any case, why would Quins want to play Lynagh at 15 when he's such a great finisher/try poacher on the wing?

Not playing Tyrone Greene for 80 minutes every single week maybe? I dunno. I just said it would be interesting. I thought he was supposed to be a fullback when he came through, but you’re right he’s doing a good job there.
We’ve als got Nick David coming in who is also a wing who can play at 15 - I think - and there has to be some rotation at some point.

I think (although as always I reserve the right to be wrong), David thinks of himself as a fullback who can play wing and that's one of the things he moved to Quins for.
