Re: Scotland World Cup campaign
This won't make me popular but throwing loopy passes over defenders is not a skill. It's either above the man, man has to jump to get the ball and loses all momentum or occasionally receives it in space...

That is excellent assistant refereeing from Nige.

Just keep it in their half and chances will come. We've been clever so far, let's not chase it too much.

Bradbury has taken a crazy amount of big tackles from the Samoans. Not always made ground but I don't think he's lost the ball at any point. I don't envy his role but he's been fantastic today. Being the lightning rod for their big hits is a big ask.

No G Horne is really poor from Toony. 14 men and they are SHATTERED. We know what he can do.
They're not going to get back into the game, any mistake he potentially makes isn't going to cost us.

Bit of a waste of a yellow card so far.

Dull stuff. Japan can't be too worried looking at this.

Have any of our offloads actually gone to one of our players today?

What is this f*cking shite? If we get another try they've done the bare minimum required.

I can't believe we're really in a position we'll probably fail to get the bonus point. This is fucking tragic.

Re: Scotland World Cup campaign
As usual we drift through the crucial period and will probably now have a manic few minutes as we realise we've let this slip away from us. Fucking awful stuff. Samoa have let us off so many times now.

Re: Scotland World Cup campaign
If we'd taken the 3 points when on offer when we failed to score we'd be 36-0 up and I reckon Samoa totally depleted with no fight left. It's still 4+ scores but it mentally affects you as well.

I think there was a dodgy tackle in there somewhere on Thompson.
