Its a cracker. England up by 2 points with lots of early pressure but wales coming right back into it without scoring yet.

Thoughts on Italy game - Ireland did a superb job of dismantling them. But when you look at the performance they ranked up the gears to third, stayed there and never really went any further. And to their credit still put 60 plus past Italy.

I'm not quite sure why people feel the need to show Italy respect. They are just Zebre and Treviso at the end of the day. Granted, we have been as bad as them some years but they're a limited side. O'Shea has lost the plot by leaving their best back on the bench as well... and no, not Wee Tam Allan but I bet he's having regrets at biting at the first hook offered to him.

England Wales... could go either way. Real test match intensity stuff and could go either way but I'll back Wales by 2 pts. We will need to be at the top of our game to stay close to either of them.

Why was Hartley pulled after 45 mins? Odd... he looks very confused himself.

Was just about to post asking if Cuthberts time was over, then he puts in a try saver, then he lets the try in around the outside!

Great game

Launchbury reminds me of Private Pile from Full Metal Jacket

How do England keep winning these games? They basically have up on competing at the ruck.

Fun game though.

Was good game. Neither team looked thst good but England have a great winning habit. Id be inclined to blame Cuthbert more than davies for thst final try. The kick is not too bad if Cuthbert makes a tackle on the 22

That was always going to be hard for him after 80 minutes on the field. Really tough to Blame him for it.

Cuthbert is an abomination of a rugby player. Daly ain't quick and he made him look like U.Bolt and then went high.

He's like Vissers slightly special brother.

Daly is absolutely rapid, not sure where that came from.

I felt it was an awful game but probably because I had a stake in it and England looked rudderless for most of it. Probably good fun for a neutral.

It's not like he has just come back ftom injury is it? He should be just as fit as anyone else. My problem was that he just seemed to drift out of position then not show any urgency to get back.

Same as I do every week without paying for it to be fair.

We've been just as bad much of the time. Doesn't change the fact that they are a limited, one dimensional team.

BTW couldn't help but feel a sense of deja vu when Wales took off the superb Moriarty for Faletau. It didn't lose them the game but I felt he was comfortably their best forward - the same way I felt about Watson last week.

When someone is having the game of their lives I think pre-planned subs need to go out the window.
