Wilson has added nothing, almost to the point of subtracting from the forwards.

Taylor has never been a good D coach for us.

Townsend has consistently never had a clue how to attack an Edwatds defence. That's 6/7 games hes has responsible for a Scottish attack v an Edward's led defence. He simply must do better.

The backline that will take the field for the second half looks weak by Pro14 standards.

I’m out.

You're right it does but it ain't the difference in size that is the problem, its the gulf in class between our first choice and second choice players. This rabble look like semi pro at best.

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

For all our rightful worries about LHP Dell has been actually decent enough this 6N.

Townsend’s position is untenable imo.

So price to wing? For all the flaws this could have been won with a couple less injuries

Horrendous. That was Hadden-era panic every time we created a chance.

Going to get absolutely fucking battered playing like that next week, if there's actually enough players left to field a team. There needs to be a pretty serious shake up in the coaching team.

God I hate losing to the Welsh. It's not just the sanctimonious self righteousness (maybe if they paid attention to the pro 14 they wouldn't be in such turmoil within the regions) but it's the fact that they play such negative anti rugby and it works for them. If every team player like that the game is dead.

You shouldn’t be too hard on Scotland and Townsend. That was a terrific test match and just a few errors apart, particularly in the second half, you could have been celebrating a second win in a row over Wales at Murrayfield.

It was a game which we were lucky to win.

Congratulations and commiserations.

It wouldn't or shouldn't have pulled the wool over anybody's eyes.

We had more than enough ball to win that. We can win and still agree we were mostly shite.

Have to give scotland credit for not folding in the first half. Bit of composure, bit less disruption, and Scotland could easily have won that, indeed, probably should have. great defence by wales when it counted.

Wales seem unable to put together a second half unless losing. Dominant first 30 mins, then pfft. Scotland may have found a few players who can perform too.

Wales are very comfortable defending. It shows that Edwards has drilled them for years and defending is second nature.

Compare that to our shambolic defence.
