You're right it does but it ain't the difference in size that is the problem, its the gulf in class between our first choice and second choice players. This rabble look like semi pro at best.

God I hate losing to the Welsh. It's not just the sanctimonious self righteousness (maybe if they paid attention to the pro 14 they wouldn't be in such turmoil within the regions) but it's the fact that they play such negative anti rugby and it works for them. Have to give scotland credit for not folding in the first half. Bit of composure, bit less disruption, and Scotland could easily have won that, indeed, probably should have. great defence by wales when it counted.

Wales are very comfortable defending. It shows that Edwards has drilled them for years and defending is second nature.

Compare that to our shambolic defence.
