Brilliant try from Bradbury from our scrum put in. Great composure from CDP.

A bit like SHC 2 seasons back.

Hoyland was in this kind of form last year too. And pretty impressive in the run up to our WC qualifiers the year before. It's not like it's new.

Is he not even training with the squad?

Has Hoyland just got injured or are you talking about him playing well yet being ignored?

Just tuned it. Scoreline is a very welcome surprise.

They won't be able to ignore him for long on his current form.

Looked like our defence was holding well but clever kick by pienar gathered by their 15. Tmo however decides it has been knocked foward. Tight. 55th minute. Scrum 5 but for us.

Tackling surprisingly strong for a Scottish team.

How many balls have we poached?

They really should have taken the BP from this.

I'd have happily taken that 80 minutes ago. Now I'm disappointed.

FT 28-17. Shame for the last 15minutes.
Was a bit disappointed that Kennedy kicked the ball when we had it but I guess Ulster's defence was set.

Very good first 55-60 minutes, then stopped concentrating and found it difficult to deal with Pienaar's invention.

No idea why he kicked it out there at the last. If they lose out on 6th by a point, I'm writing in to the Evening News.

6th? You are mental. But Hodge has the chance to be Toony mk 2 here. There are a lot of young Scots coming through at Edinburgh now.

I'm not convinced by him yet but I'm at least enjoying watching them.

What are people's thoughts on McInally? Is he actually better as a hooker? I'd love to get him on the pitch for his loose play but is he still really a backrower?

Only Toony was left a far better base to work from.

Top 8 gets into a play off for European cup IIRC.

Rumours of talks between GG and Toulon.
