Love love love this, highlighted it to the kids at school as a brilliant use of tech for something other than its rather pointless, albeit quite cool, original design...

For those that can't be arsed, it's an article on using oculus rift technology to quickly and effectively diagnose concussion in American football players. No reason why it can't be used in rugby too.... saw a stat the other day that before HIA came into action, up to 56% of players would show signs of concussion at the end of a pro rugby game. Don't know how true that is, but it's bloody scarey!
