Do you need a BSc before doing an MSc?
For example if it's 2 year part time MSc will you require a BSc first?

No. I had a mate at uni who went to start his MSc before he'd finished his BSc.
Entrance reqs will depend on the course and uni I expect experience would count in lieu of an undergrad for some places.
What you thinking of?

I'm not so sure about that Donny. You can go straight to PhD if you have a bachelors with honours, but you need a bachelors to do a masters, especially if the masters has a thesis component. Maybe your mate got to start his MSc early because he wanted to start the work and acceptance was a known formality?

Trauma, military and austere science. All to do with battlefield, mass casualty incidents, disaster respone stuff.

I would be surprised if you didn't, but surely the best way to find out is to inquire from the provider what their entrance requirements are?

Would make sense. I've emailed my training major to find out but he'll probably not know much either.
If it is I need a BSc first.

Optimistic Jock - Available for children parties, a song, a smile and a power point that will leave you sleepless for weeks!
the answer is, it depends,
it depends upon your background and experience in the subject
it depends upon the university and the particular subject you are seeking to pursue

Who doesn't like a bit of traumatic bls training at parties?
Cheers mate. Hopefully it's not through the uni above then

My advice is to pick up the phone and speak to the faculty office, then get a slot to speak with whichever academic is going to effectively run the course. You need to know what the clinical requirements are, because I imagine that you bring more practical experience to the party than many of those who will contribute to the development of the 'taught' package.
I don't think anyone on my Masters programme has a degree in a directly related field; I certainly haven't. If there is a requirement then the provider has the authority to waive it and, lets be honest, all the financial risk is held by you and they will want your cash.
In short, you hairy-backed knuckle-dragger, take a fecking punt and ask.

It might not be applicable for every Masters, but it is my understanding that Universities normally require a Batchelors degree in their entry requirements as evidence that the candidate is able to deal with academic rigour. Of course, this is highly dependent on the institution and the nature of the course.
Push it as far as it'll go Baz.

No, provided you can show some comparable experience or alternative education. I think it’s a decision that each uni would take so it’s probably a bit subjective.

This. Speak to the actual faculty, not general admissions who will just parrot from a sheet. I’ve recently finished a MSc without a BSc, but I did have a lot of comparable qualifications. Always worth a chat.

I’m currently looking at studying for an MSc. I have spoken directly to the course leader and he seemed more interested in my career back ground than my education. My BSc seemed a bonus rather than a definitive requirement, even though it was listed on their website as a requirement. I always remember that the course leader for my BSc actively encouraged mature students with relevant sector experience as he deemed practical knowledge more important than having the relevant UCAS points.
So, as above, talk directly to the faculty rather than someone in admissions.
To be honest, I’m surprised that anybody offers an MSc in Hair and Beauty, but good luck to you.

Here, it's a specialised field and pensioners are becoming more and more demanding.

That's a harsh way to talk about SerjeantWildgoose.
Probably fair, though.

That is a fecking outrage.
I have always been demanding and I'm not a pensioner until tomorrow.

I've always liked the Oxford model, where you graduate with a B.A., then about three years later, send them a cheque for 50 quid or so and it will be automatically upgraded to an M.A.
